1800 square feet and was completely remodeled for the summer of 2003. The
four bedroom, two bath home is three doors from the
beach, 1½ blocks from the bay and walking distance to the roller coaster
in South Mission Beach, San Diego.
The French doors off the dining room open onto a large deck
which has a view of the beach. The patio is furnished with table and
chairs, Santa Barbara umbrella, lounge chairs, and grill. The inside
of the unit is bright and decorated with a warm cottage feel.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and is decorated with a Sheridan
seashell and seascape duvet cover and matching curtains. The second
bedroom has Nautica linens on the two twin beds. The third bedroom is
furnished with a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin
beds. There are also 2 queen size futons, one in the living room and
one in the master suite. The kitchen has all the
amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen, living room and dining room all
open onto each other, and to the large front patio.
We provide all bedding, bath linens and kitchen necessities. The unit
comes with a garage which has parking for one vehicle and a washer and dryer.
Activities and Attractions around San Diego California include, water skiing,
boogie boarding, sailing, canoeing, bike riding, charter boat fishing and
Sea World is just 5 minutes away.
Nearby attractions include Balboa Park (a cultural & recreational center
with the San Diego Zoo, many museums and other attractions), the Gas Lamp
District, La Jolla Playhouse, Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institute of
Oceanography, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Torrey Pines Golf/Reserve,
Palomar Observatory, San Juan Capistrano Mission and Legoland to name a
few.
Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and the Discovery Science Center are about
90 minutes North. The Queen Mary, the J. Paul Getty Museum, the
Norton Simon Museum, Hollywood and the Sunset Strip are a bit further.
