Outside patio on the ground floor with gas grill, beach chairs, outside
shower. Beach umbrella, boogie boards and 2 bicycles available for
your use. Single parking
space in garage. Three houses from the beach.
Furnishings
Fully
furnished. Sleeping accommodations include 2 queen beds,
2 twin beds and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8. Bed, bath and kitchen
linens provided. Telephone, cable TV, VCR and stereo. Coffee maker,
toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, cooking equipment, utensils and
dinnerware are furnished. Washer and dryer on the premises (coin operated).
Restrictions
Sorry,
no pets. No smoking inside the unit. Smoking is allowed on the
patio and the front and back balconies.
Rental
Fees
Available year round, $2200.00 per
week plus a $350.00 deposit, due when you book your reservation.
Rental fee is due 30 days before arrival.
Your deposit is fully refundable 30 days after your stay, less any
charges to cover loss, damage or more than a normal cleaning.
Off season rates (September - May) available on request.
Arrivals/Departures
Move
in Saturdays after 2pm. Move out Saturdays by 10am.
